Plainyear is a waitlist for a planned annual-report service. Nothing is sold here and nothing is charged.

What we keep

Your email and the answers you choose to give on the form (country, budget band, fiscal year end, how you made your last report and roughly what it cost, pages, price answer, timing), a source tag from the link you used, the country your request came from (as reported by our host), and the date. We do not store IP addresses.

What we never ask for

Donor lists, beneficiary names or photos, tax identification numbers, financial files, card or bank details. Please don’t send them.

What we do with it

We email you once, when orders open. We read totals (how many people, which answers) to decide whether to build the service. We never sell or share your email.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Leaving

Remove your email at any time on the leave page; it is deleted from the list immediately. Questions: vs7lab@mail.grokbot.com.
